Day 10

Wednesday, June 12th

After such a busy day on Tuesday, it was nice to have a very relaxed day on Wednesday. We enjoyed time at Kerstin's in the morning and the kids had time to play and of course Heidi enjoyed time with her new friends.

Beautiful painting

We had lunch with Robert and Regina Lewis at our all time favorite Greek Restaurant, Palace Athen. It was really nice of them to suggest it because they knew we love that place! We had a wonderful time catching up with them. We were thankful we were able to see Regina too, since she has been pretty sick with bronchitis and we hadn't seen her at church yet. Thankfully, she is on the mend and we enjoyed lunch with them both very much.

In the afternoon, we had more free time, so we had coffee with Karen and she got to play with the kids.
In the evening was the EFG (English for Germany) Party. The theme was "Whose Line is it Anyway" and we were split into teams and given props that we had to use to make up a skit in a very short amount of time. It was quite interesting, but we all had fun and the skits were pretty funny.

Heidi helped in a skit

Corbin helped too!

Fun with hula hoops

Our friend Alex was at the party!

At the end of the day, Corbin was done with the party conversation
