Wednesday, June 17th

We went to another school this morning. Two years ago, when it was just our family here, we visited this school and spoke to the students. Today we also had a concert first. Then we sang a couple of songs with the students and then broke into 3 groups to speak to them. We gave them invitations and hope to see some of them at the Baseball game on Saturday.

After class, a coupe of the students and Logan took turns playing the piano. There were some very talented students!

After lunch at the center some of us were able to get some rest. :)

There was a little bit of excitement when 3 of the campaigners got stuck in the elevator for about 20 or so minutes. Thankfully someone came to repair it and get them out.

In the afternoon we went to a place called Geyserhaus. It is kind of like an after school program for kids. They played soccer and then we gave a short concert. We grilled bratwurst for dinner afterwards and got to talk with them a bit. The interns will be going back on a regular basis to talk to the kids and spend time with them. It's been a good connection to have.

They have a really nice playground there. The kids had so much fun, they are totally covered in dirt.

Walking to the tram stop.

Heidi wanted to put a towel on her head like mommy does. :)

Corbin took a tumble at the playground and scratched up his nose and got a little bump on his head. :( But he's a tough guy and was ok.
